When we went to bed was when the fun began. When we turned the shower on, there was a loud high pitched screeching noise that lasted until we were done. The tiles on the bathroom floor were cracked and dirt on the baseboards and grout. This room looked like the other but dirty. I decided to give them another try and stayed with her in the room. A few weeks later, my daughter booked a room there and attended an event through her work. I did call the manager and she was nice and offered another stay which we declined. The employee at the front desk didn't care. We found that they were moving furniture down the halls and caring one bit about sleeping guests. It sounded like what they dropped was coming through the ceiling. About midnight we woke up to loud noises in the hallway and the room above us. Our bed sagged in the middle and we kept rolling into each other. The shower pressure was worse than our RV and not hot. The rooms are less quality than a Holiday Inn. Like other reviewers it was awful! Plus the slot machines were so tight that you couldn't even play for a short time and have fun.
We also go the free room and buffet in the mail. This may be rather long but worth reading if you are considering this place.
